Once you purchase your car insurance online and your credit card payment is approved, you will be instantly directed to begin printing the final pages of your policy transaction including how to print your temporary ID cards, a printer version of your permanent proof of car insurance which will follow in the mail in a few days.
If for any reason your printer is not working, do not panic. There are still many alternate ways of taking care of this.
At this stage, an email confirmation will be sent to you. From that email you will be provided a link and all the necessary information you will need to reprint ID cards. You will also be given an 800 number so you can call to speak directly with the insurance company. From there you can have them fax, email, or send via regular mail to you proof of insurance.
